Boot camp is a 1 hour fun, high intensity, military style full body workout.
Using a combination of body weight exercises and interval training designed to work on your strength, endurance and fat burning.
It is a very motivating environment to test your body and mind.
Sessions are outdoors and run all year regardless of weather conditions.
Classes are designed to suit all ages & abilities from 16+
All classes are 1 Hour & start at the scheduled time, please be on time.
For your first session please arrive 10 minutes early.

All classes are 20 CHF.
10 sessions for the price of 9 if you pay in advance 180 CHF.
Payment to be made in cash, via UBS Paymit on the day or in advance via bank transfer.
